Saturday morning dance classes for children and teens. The Rosedale Scottish Country Dancers hold classes at Rosedale Presbyterian Church, 129 Mount Pleasant Rd at South Drive. (South Drive is at the top end of Sherbourne then go west a bit.)

Cost is $100, Sept '07 to May '08.

Beginners - age 4 - 7 yrs: 8:45 - 9:30am

Intermediates - 8 - 11 yrs: 9:30 - 10:30am

Experienced - age 12+: 9:30 - 10:30am

 

Dates to Remember, 2007 / 2008 season
Oct 27	Hallowe'en Party - Bring a friend (or parent, uncle, aunt, etc). Costumes are encouraged. There will be some demos and some audience participation so wear soft shoes.
Nov 3	Regular Class
Nov 10	Regular Class for Intermediate and Junior dancers Toronto Branch Workshop for Senior Class Dancers, followed in evening by November Monthly Dance.
Nov 17	Youth Workshop ­ At Swansea Town Hall with teacher Fiona Philip. Parents: bring soft shoes -- there will be an Adult Beginners Class for you while your kids are at the Workshop (teacher is Linda Ashe Argent).
Nov 24	Regular Class
Dec 1	Regular Class A Celtic Christmas -- Concert by Peter Ian McCutcheon at Jubilee United Church. Rosedale teens will dance at this performance. Parents can get tickets from Cairngorm Scottish Imports, 1825 Avenue Road (416) 782-5227 or from Perth Productions (416) 438-9458.
Dec 8	Ceilidh Day -- Bring a dad, brother, or uncle to class.
Dec 15	Christmas Party -- Bring friends or family
Dec 15	A Family Christmas -- The December Monthly Dance -- Easy dances, lots of helpers, and lots of fun for Seniors and Intermediates. Starts at 7:30pm at Crescent School.
